Reflecting on the recent MR Vaccine Campaign, our community came together to prioritize health and well-being. Here's a recap of the event:
On the 13th of Falgun (25th Feb 2024), Tashi Bal Bikas Primary School in Bhaskhet warmly welcomed our team, followed by Ganesh Primary School in Ganeshthan on the 14th of Falgun (26th Feb 2024), Chauri Khola Primary School on the 15th of Falgun (27th Feb 2024), and finally, Nagre Gagarche Health Post on the 16th of Falgun(28th Feb 2024).
A total of 55 individuals, including 28 males and 27 females, received the MR vaccine, ensuring protection against measles and rubella. Our dedicated team of health workers, consisting of three members, including two from Nagre Gagarche Health Post and one outreach educator from DCWC Community Hospital, diligently administered the vaccines.
This successful campaign wouldn't have been possible without the support and cooperation of our community members. Together, we've taken a significant step towards preventing the spread of infectious diseases and promoting overall community health.
Let's continue to prioritize health and well-being within our community, ensuring a brighter and healthier future for all.
